Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as the nature of digital data products requires specific terms.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by USALEAD.com are digital data files (CSV format) delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, once a download has been accessed, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as the data has already been delivered and accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If a valid download link fails to work and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same state and quarter twice (you must notify us before downloading the duplicate)
• File Corruption: If the downloaded file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a replacement

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Successfully downloaded data files
• Dissatisfaction with data accuracy or completeness (data is provided "as is")
• Failure to use the data before download link expiration
• Purchasing the wrong state or quarter (please verify your selection before checkout)
• Changes in business needs after purchase
• Inability to use the data due to technical limitations on your end

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds (if approved) will be processed in the original cryptocurrency used for payment or in an equivalent cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days due to blockchain confirmation requirements.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

• Your Order ID
• Email address used for the purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

6. Resolution

We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 3 business days. Our decision on refund requests is final. In cases where a refund is not warranted, we may offer alternative resolution such as replacement files or store credit.
